Meet Rebecca

I fell in love with reflexology when I experienced its benefits firsthand during my own health journey. After years of enjoying reflexology as a treatment option, I decided to learn how to provide the same care I had received. Now, as a multi-accredited practitioner, I combine my extensive knowledge and training with deep intuition and connectedness to deliver the best results for my clients.

My reflexology and massage treatments are designed not only to relax and pamper but also to guide you toward holistic wellness by addressing all of your health concerns.​ My unique approach ensures that your treatment is perfectly tailored to you. As a member of your wellness team, I help you take a proactive approach to your health while providing a truly immersive spa experience that will leave you in a state of bliss.

​I am currently practicing Registered Reflexology Therapy, Bodywork Massage and Float Massage. Additionally, I am a Licensed Teacher with the Reflexology Association of Canada offering Reflexology certification courses throughout the year. ​
